If you are inquiring about your organization's qualification status, please visit the "My Account" link where your organization qualification is listed as well as the donor partners that your organization is currently eligible for.

If this is an urgent matter for example regarding problems ordering or processing payment, please leave a message with your name, organization name, description of the issue, contact telephone number and best time to call. We will contact you within one business day.

Phones and email are closed for Canadian statutory holidays. We will be closed for the holidays starting December 21st, 2013 and re-opening January 2nd, 2014.
