Get ready for June to July Allotment Reset

Remember to Place Your Orders Before June 30!

Did you know most of TechSoup Canada's donation programs limit the number of products an organization can receive between July 1 to June 30?

This means your allotment will reset July 1 and you start with a fresh year of requests, but if you have any unused donations from July 2016 to June 2017, now is the time to request them!

Good things to know:

  • This allotment reset does not apply to Microsoft products.
  • You can request products from any donor partner your organization is eligible for -  so long as you do not go over your yearly allotment.
  • Any unused allotment before June 30, 2017 cannot be carried over. Use it or lose it!

Step 1: Login to your TechSoup Canada Account, click on the “My Organization Tab”

Step 2:. Scroll down to qualification status. This section list all the donor programs eligible to your organization.

How do I know what I have left to order?

Not sure what products your organization has already ordered between July 2016 to June 2017?

Check your order history by logging into TechSoup Canada and clicking on "My Requests". You will then see a list of the requests you have placed. Click an order number to view details.

Make sure your organization's information is up to date!

The email associated with your TechSoup Canada account is where we send license keys and other important information about your donations.

If your organization's email* has changed since when you first registered with TechSoup Canada, make sure to contact us, so we can update it for you.

*Note: Your organizational email is separate from your individual email you used when you signed up. Your individual email is not for donation requests, it is to participate in our online community and comment on blog posts. This email you can update yourself whenever you want!
