What is the SAP Donation Program?
SAP is pleased to offer qualified charities and libraries in Canada business intelligence software and services that help any size organization improve decision-making and enterprise performance.
How can I find out if my organization is eligible?

How many products can I request?
During one year (1st July - 30th June) an organisation may request up to to four SAP software products. For information on placing an order, please see Placing an Order FAQs.
How soon will we receive the donation?
Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time is up to 10 days. An email will be sent from our fulfillment team to the registered organization email address stating the license key and instructions for you to download the setup file for your product.
What should I do if I require support?
Support is not available for this program.
What should I do if I need to renew my licenses?
You can either request a new donation in the next fiscal year (1st July
- 30th June) or you can contact a supplier of discounted software.
What should I do if I want to return my order?
Returns cannot be accepted for this donation program. Downloaded products cannot be exchanged or refunded. We must consider these installed and in use as soon as the request is approved and the administrative fee is received.
