What is the Red Earth Program?

Red Earth Software empowers organizations of all sizes to regulate and optimize their corporate email usage. By applying flexible and customizable rules to messaging systems, Red Earth's Policy Patrol helps companies increase employee productivity, free up bandwidth, avoid network congestion, stop confidentiality breaches, minimize legal liability, and ensure regulatory compliance. Policy Patrol currently filters emails for more than 350,000 users worldwide and is used by organizations in nearly every industry, including educational, financial, legal, health care, manufacturing, and government.

Ordering

How many products can I request?

One Red Earth donation may be requested within a fiscal year (1st July - 30th June). For information on placing an order, please see Placing an Order FAQs.

Processing

How soon will we receive the donation?

Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time is up to 10 days. An email will be sent from our fulfillment team to the registered organization email address with a license key and download instructions.

Support

What should I do if I require support?

Red Earth provides email technical support with Policy Patrol Enterprise. Organizations wishing to upgrade to full telephone support and maintenance can purchase a one-year maintenance agreement from Red Earth.

License Renewals

What should I do if I need to renew my licenses?

Your renewal is not required. The licenses are yours to use in perpetuity.

Refunds & Returns

What should I do if I want to return my order?

Returns cannot be accepted for this donation program. Downloaded products cannot be exchanged or refunded. We must consider these installed and in use as soon as the request is approved and the administrative fee is received.
