How can I find out if my organization is eligible?

How many products can I request?
How soon will we receive the donation?
Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time is up to 21 days. A CD-ROM will be sent from our fulfillment center to the registered organization's shipping address.
What should I do if I require support?
Telosa does not provide free technical support for its discounted product but will provide technical support packages at a special price for TechSoup Canada customers.
What should I do if I need to renew my licenses?
Your renewal is not required. The licenses are yours to use in perpetuity.
What should I do if I want to return my order?
If the product has not been opened, in most cases we can make an exchange or can refund the administrative fee.
