What is the Tangient Program?
Wikispaces believes that any group of people, regardless of their technical background, should be able to start their own wiki. Tens of thousands of Wikispace members have found that easy-to-use wikis are a fantastic way for people to work together. Our community is full of great examples of how technology can really help people, and we are proud to join TechSoup Canada in expanding the community by donating to nonprofits, schools, and libraries.
Eligibility
How can I find out if my organization is eligible?

Ordering
How many products can I request?
Each qualifying organization may request up to three products per year within a fiscal year — 1st July - 30th June. For information on placing an order, please see Placing an Order FAQs.
Processing
How soon will we receive the donation?
Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time is up to 10 days.
Support
What should I do if I require support?
Support is not available for this product.
License Renewals
What should I do if I need to renew my licenses?
This product is a one-year Plus Plan subscription. An organization that already has a subscription can use this product to renew its subscription for one year.
Refunds & Returns
What should I do if I want to return my order?
Returns cannot be accepted for this donation program. Downloaded products cannot be exchanged or refunded. We must consider these installed and in use as soon as the request is approved and the administrative fee is received.
