Concentric Email Hosting

The Concentric Email Hosting donation consists of one year of hosting for a single domain name, email services for up to 10 email addresses, 500 MB of disk space for email storage, 100 MB of network transfer per month, and a single-page Web site. This product is ideal for new organizations who want to reserve their domain name and use it for basic email while still planning their Web site needs.

Note: Unlike hosting acquired directly through the Concentric Web site, this donation does not have a setup charge and does not include free domain registration.

Registering with Concentric

When your order has been approved, a product key and instructions for registering with Concentric will be sent to your organization's email address. To complete the registration, you must enter the credit card that would be billed for additional services. This is an authorization for charges that will be paid directly to Concentric and not to TechSoup Canada. If you do not use additional services, you will not be billed. Additional Services

Nonprofits that obtain this donation can use the Concentric Center online control panel to obtain additional services such as registering a domain name with the appropriate domain name registry and adding email accounts and disk storage. These services will be billed to the organization's credit card at the standard Concentric rate.

If you register a domain with Concentric, the cost is $16.95 for one year; $29.95 for two years; $59.95 for three years; $89.95 for nine years (renewals only); and $99.95 for ten years (new domains only). See the Concentric Web site for the add-on charge for other services.

Continuing Services After One Year

At the end of the year covered by this donation, Concentric will automatically begin charging $7.95/month (the standard Concentric charge for an email-only account). If you do not want an automatic charge, you can prepay 12 months at $6.85/month, prepay 24 months at $5.95/month, or terminate your account.
