eTapestry is a web-based software application for online fundraising and donor management. It tracks donors, prospects, members, and alumni while managing gifts, pledges, and payments. An organization's data is stored and maintained remotely, and staff members interact with it through a web browser.

This offer provides a one-year subscription to the eTapestry Starter package for new subscribers only. The Starter package provides:

Major Capabilities

• Online fundraising: The online fundraising form included in the Starter package allows you to collect donations directly from donors via the web. You can also choose from preconfigured templates to match your website's style. A merchant account, such as Blackbaud Merchant Services, is required.
• Donor and contact management: eTapestry can track a variety of donor types, including individuals, couples, families, corporations, and foundations. Additions and changes are tracked by date and by user. You can also merge duplicate records and assign user-defined field values in bulk.
• Constant Contact integration: Email addresses can be transferred directly into Constant Contact from eTapestry
• Built-in Email: eTapestry's email features allow you to:
  • Send an email to a contact directly and keep a copy on the account record
  • Use the built-in HTML editor
• Reporting: You can create standard reports on accounts, gifts, memorials, or tributes. You can link to other accounts and define custom fields to sort and create unique reports. On-screen drill-down reporting is available from any field, down to subtotal, gift amount, or donor record.
• Gift and pledge maintenance: eTapestry includes gift processing for all forms of gifts (cash, check, credit card, stock, gift-in-kind, real estate). Pledge processing capabilities include reminders, reporting, and variable schedules.
• Data security: Data is automatically backed up every day, and multiple datacenters provide protection against system failures. The storage environment is continuously monitored and is protected by the latest firewalls, router settings, and storage devices.

This subscription is not available to current or previous eTapestry subscribers.

At the end of the donation period, you may renew your subscription directly from eTapestry at a discount of 10 percent.

Obtaining This Product

Expect two emails. When your donation request has been approved, TechSoup Canada will send a message to your organization email address with preliminary information about obtaining this product. Shortly after, the donor partner will send an email with information needed to complete the installation or activation.
