QuickBooks Premier 2012 helps organizations manage essential financial tasks like paying bills, creating invoices, generate donation receipts, producing reports, and tracking expenses, contributions, and payments.
QuickBooks Premier 2012 allows the installer to select from a general business version or five industry-specific versions specifically designed to meet the finance and accounting needs of a particular industry. For example, the Nonprofit Edition provides custom features that nonprofit organizations need for grant tracking, budget creation, financial reporting.QuickBooks Premier 2012 allows a maximum of five simultaneous users to work with the organization's data, but all users must have separately licensed installations of the same edition and version of QuickBooks.
What’s New in QuickBooks 2012:
- Calendar View: A built-in calendar shows you the transactions entered, invoices and bills that are due or overdue, and tasks you need to complete each day.
- Webmail Integration: Now you can use your Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo account to send invoices and other forms directly from QuickBooks. Of course, you can still use Outlook or Thunderbird if you prefer.
- Batch Invoicing: automatically create a full set of invoices for customers with the same service

Downloading the QuickBooks Installation File:
When your donation request has been approved, an email will be sent to your organization email address containing a license key and download instructions.
Intuit estimates download times will be about 45 minutes for cable modem and double that for DSL. Download time can be affected by factors such as Internet traffic at the time of download and local LAN configuration and congestion. The total download size is about 470 MB.
All support for this product, including online access, will be discontinued approximately three years from the product's original release date.
