Adobe Expands Eligibility to All Nonprofits!

Multimedia & Design

Exciting news! Adobe has expanded the eligibility for their Donations Program to include organizations that were previously ineligible! As you may know, we work hard with our donor partners to open eligibility to as many groups as possible, so we are delighted to be expanding Adobe eligibility to all qualified nonprofit organizations.

Is my organization now eligible for Adobe?

You will now be eligible for Adobe if you qualify for the donations program (you are a registered Canadian charity or nonprofit). You can check your eligibility status for Adobe by logging in and clicking on the “My Organization” tab.

Please refer to Adobe's Program Guidelines for more details.

My organization is now eligible - what do I need to know about the Adobe program?

  • Adobe’s Ordering Cycle
The allotment of products your organization can order resets every fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th). This means you can order as many times as you want, granted that you do not exceed your allotment, between July 1st and June 30th. The cycle will reset again at the beginning of the next fiscal year (July 1st), but remember: unused allotments do not roll over. Use it or lose it!

  • Allotment
You can request up to four (4) individual Adobe products within each of Adobe's ordering cycle (e.g., two Acrobat Pro XI and two Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements)

  • Adobe Donations Program vs. Adobe Creative Cloud Discount Program
The products, allotment and ordering cycle for the Adobe Donations Program are seperate from the Adobe Creative Cloud discount program. Be sure not to get the two mixed up!

Need Photoshop and/or Premiere but not sure whether you should purchase the Elements bundle or get it through Creative Cloud? We made a comparison chart that compares the features and support for each Photoshop and Premiere product to help you decide.

Not registered with TechSoup Canada, but think you are eligible for Adobe?

The first step is to register with TechSoup Canada, which is free and simple. Once we have processed your registration, we will let you know if you qualify for the Intuit program.

Registering will also give you access to discounts and donations from up to 29 other donor partners, which include popular software such as office productivity suites, graphics design software, accounting packages and security programs.
