- Contact management: Raklet CRM allows you to keep all your records in one place, customize profiles with custom fields, and categorize items with lists and tags. You can import an existing database on your own or get assistance for an additional fee.
- SMS and Email: You can reach out to your contacts directly by sending SMS messages or emails through Raklet. You pay an additional fee for each SMS message that you send. With the Professional plan, you can send up to 10,000 emails before you have to pay any additional fees.
- Automated messaging: Send automated emails and text messages based on user behaviour and preferences. Email newsletters can be generated automatically and can include announcements, events, campaigns, and other updates.
- Online payments: Accept online payments like one-time or recurring donations or individual membership fees directly through Raklet. You pay a transaction fee for each online payment that you accept.
- Event ticketing: You can sell tickets online for your events, manage your attendee list, and check-in attendees on the day of the event. Ticket sales incur the same transaction fee like other online payments.
- Fundraising: You can create custom pages for your organization's fundraising campaigns.
The Raklet Professional subscription includes priority chat and email support. Phone or video support is available for additional fees.
The administrative fee for this product is not refundable, and the product cannot be exchanged.
Obtaining This Product
When TechSoup Canada approves your donation request, we will send a message to your organization email address with preliminary information about obtaining this product. Shortly after, the donor partner will contact you to set up your account.
Details and Service Costs
|This offer provides access to a 75 percent discount on a one-year subscription to the Raklet Professional plan. After you request this offer through TechSoup Canada, you'll pay Raklet US$297 directly for the discounted subscription.
If you accept online payments with the Professional plan, you'll pay a fee of 4.5 percent plus US$0.90 per transaction.
The Professional plan provides
Service Contract Required
|You must agree to a one-year service contract with Raklet.|
Continuing Service After One Year
|You may renew your subscription by requesting another product through TechSoup Canada each year before the subscription expires.
If you wish to upgrade your plan or need more than the maximum number of contacts that are provided by your current plan, you can request the discounted Premium plan through TechSoup Canada instead of the Professional plan when you renew.
Existing Members Ineligible
|This offer is not available to organizations that already have a paid Raklet subscription unless the original subscription was obtained through TechSoup Canada.|
|If you've participated in the free trial for Raklet, you can request this product to activate your trial version.|
